I was expecting it to be some kind of joke where it would break and he would fall out once he got it all finished. I have nothing to use for the fabric and I have no trees anywhere on my property, but it was interesting.

How wonderful. I like it very much because I happen to have two trees in my backyard that are too far apart for the traditional hammocks you buy in the store. Here I can make my own using longer rope to reach between the trees. Most excellent. AND I won't have a criss-cross pattern on my legs or back.

Humpf my tree is a very old gentleman and will certainly not apreciate it. And I have nothing to tie the other end to. How to build a device to support the hammock would be far more interesting. Once again very disapointing. Sorry
