Other more-utilitarian differences between Ultimate Cap and Traditional Cap include lace-up military-style boots, gloves with pockets, and a bandolier belt. After marking the locations of the boot eyelets with a Sharpie, I used a pin-vise and tiny drill bit to drill the eyelets up the front of the boots and used CA to affix some beading cord between each pair of holes to simulate the lacing. I tied small bows separately with beading cord and glued them to the topmost laces. I also used a file to make grooves in the bottoms of the boots to simulate lug soles.
