using your needle add "hairs" lines up on the brow line to form the eye brows, this will greatly help you later when painting! The indent a very tiny amount to the inside corners of the eyeball area, this will raise the iris slightly from the cornea of the eye, also helping to make it look more real and help when it comes to painting too! At the corners indent under the top lid and, if you wish add the "crows feet" or laughter lines into the corners and across the side of the eyes.
