Kelly made this apron for exchange in the Apron TOBE hosted by Barb Shillinger. Kelly used her 1949 Singer 15 hand crank to sew nice straight seams on the bias tape and even used her narrow hemmer attachment to sew the ties. Kelly says she used this pastel floral as it reminded her of her grandmother's much washed and faded aprons. Takes a brave woman to face all of that bias tape and then give such a beautiful and functional apron away. Good on you!
