This sampler quilt was made by Mary Lee Garnder. (There were not big white circles at the bottom of the quilt. There must have been something on the camera lense.) The large black triangles have a hawaiin flower design made from the motifs on the quilt backing. That quilting does not show in the pictures. The rest of the quilting is freehand and ruler work. The leaves in the white background are based on designs learned in Nicole Webb's classes.
