It's very important to label your beads if you make them ahead of time for a project. I write what thickness I rolled the fondant and what tip I used to cut out each size. This is a trick I learned off Earlene Moore's website. I always mark them incase I don't have enough- or they accidently get dumped on the floor (heaven forbid)- and I have to make some more.
