Album Info:
I base-coated the skull with Black and then dry-brushed it with Pewter Gray; I gave it a thin black ink wash (10:1 water and Higgins Eternal permanent black ink, with a tiny drop of dishwashing liquid). I rendered the teeth in Country Gray lightened with a drop or two of White and then dry-brushed the skull highlights with the same color. I wanted to suggest some kind of grotesquerie going on in the skull tank, so I did a couple of things. First, the skull has indentations molded in the eye sockets that creepily look like there are eyes in there. So, I rendered them as if there were little red glowing orbs deep inside by first painting the "irises" with Silver, and then with Clear Red.
