Album Info:

I made “gilt cords” using some twisted plastic bag twist-ties. When twisted tightly, they resemble thin braided rope in this scale. I used twist-ties because, thanks to their wire core, I was able to freeze them in a dynamic reaction to Cap’s catastrophic cuff. Once I had prepared three of them, I twisted them together on the ends and made “pegs” with which to attach them to the front of the figure via drilled holes. I also made one for the hat, where the visor and band meet; I added pin-head buttons to each end. I primed/base-coated the new cords with black and painted them with FA Metallic Pure Gold; to help them retain their sparkle, I finished them with a couple of coats of Future.
