I personaly have used this alot at the onset of the flu....when at first i get those chills and body aches...a couple hot cups of this tea of the flowers only and straight to bed...to awake...and the flu is gone! It is a mild duiertic, mild antibiotic...and settling to the stomach. The flowers are umbrella shaped clusters....sweet smelling..like the tea steeped...taste is same as the flowers scent. Also has been used for measels..to help the child get over it quicker.
