Here I have added fondant pearls that I have made ahead of time and dusted with luster dust. I attach them to the buttercream icing by dipping one side of the pearl in corn syrup then "gluing" it to the buttercream. You can use tweezers but I do it with my fingers if my fingernails are long enough.
