The "New NHL" began afresh in 2005 anxious to make people forget the strike of the previous season. Jay found himself made full time A for the season. Something he seems to have revelled in as he, and Buffalo, have enjoyed one of their best seasons in recent times. Buffalo finished the regular season with a franchise high points total, and enjoyed the highest amount of road wins in the NHL. Buffalo look to be a fairly interesting side to watch in the Play-Offs. Jay McKee also led the NHL in blocked shots for this regular season, blocking a rather impressive 241 shots. I wonder how many he blocked in this jersey?
