Album Info:

I used the Tennessee Ridge star pattern but didn't stuff it. Just as Sandy likes Abe Lincoln, I have a "thing" for George Washington, so I used an image of him to make my pocket and put rusty stars and sweet annie inside. Next time I make one, I'll stuff it (was just too lazy this time--hee hee).

    • This turned out so neat. Are you printing your images onto fabric paper? I have been wanting to try some images, but haven't yet. I have the paper but wanted to be sure to use the whole sheet when I print as to not waste it. Can you give me any tips? Thanks, Tammy

    • I printed George's image onto osnaburg (on my printer). I trimmed it and stitched it onto the ticking fabric (you can fabric glue it too, which normally, I do).

    • I do not understand how I missed this. I really like this. I have to ask how you attach the image to the fabric? Is it with mod podge, adhesive or what? This looks great and I just made a pillow or my Abe from Sandy. Now I can vision how great it will look.

    • Yes. I ended up putting some wire in it. I was going to use stiffener on it but thought it would make it shiny. That's why, next time, I'll stuff it:) It's just that stuffing things is the part I dislike the most:(

    • You did a great job, love the image of George and the way you put the little rusty stars in with the sweet annie. I didn't even realize it wasn't stuffed till you said something! Karen
