(c) 2007 Crossed Wing Collection - a gorgeous cardinal that I decided to stitch on a blue Silkweaver Solo 32-ct. Belfast linen instead of the red fabric that Crossed Wing hand-dyed for it. (Seriously, can you imagine stitching confetti in 10 shades of red and coral on a red fabric?? Are they nuts?!) Completed 5/31/2008.

This is such a gorgeous bird. I love it so much I stitched 8 of them. EVERYONE is getting a red cardinal this year as their Christmas Ornaments. All 8 were stitched on 40 count RED fabric. I am now blind, but boy was it worth it!
