I was commissioned to make this quilt for Gary Suddath by his wife Jan. Gary was diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) last June. He had been saving the bags for years and always wanted a quilt made out of them. He chose the design of the quilt. Simple but elegant.

i would really love to know how you did this...i have sooo many crown royle bags ..they were my dads (and i have collected a few over the years for this purpose) i have always wanted to make him a quilt out of them for like a fathers day present but i never figured out how to put them together...plus i dont know how to sew...is there anything you can help me with?? please anything helps...thank you for your time
