The start of a new era for the Manchester Storm, and British Ice Hockey, with the launch of the Sekonda Superleague. Zavisha can't have been seen as a bad addition to the Storm at the time. He brought with him a lot of experience from many leagues - WHL, AHL, DEL, IHL, and even some NHL time with the Edmonton Oilers. Zavisha played 40 games that year for the Storm, getting himself 23 points. I believe he is now retired from the game.
