This cake was created for a lady's 70th birthday. The cakes are coconut with toasted coconut white chocolate filling and vanilla with vanilla buttercream filling. The tiers are iced in buttercream and decorated with gumpaste roses, calla lilies, hydrangea and ivy in shades of yellow, deep wine, burnt orange, fushia and red.
