Album Info:

(DSC08002) GOLDEN SHOWERS - ENGLISH SONNET by Katriona Wallace: Once more as fragrant, joyful springtime calls / How often I have marvelled to behold / Laburnum branches decked in golden shawls / The sunlight flitting through their chains of gold / So beautiful they are, so many there / But would they seem so cherished could they stay? / Their sunkissed showers drifting everywhere / For rapidly their glory fades away / And though I may feel sad to see them go / Does fleeting splendour make them much more dear? / If here forever would I love them so?/ No, they become to me a gift more sheer / To see with different eyes, and each day find / New hope and grace for heart and soul and mind. ~~~
