Kwik Sew 3661 circle skirt. I made this exactly to directions, however next time, I think I'll use 3/4 in non-roll elastic in place of the 3/8. Waist elastic applied via regular sewing machine, turned and coverstitched after attaching waist band to skirt. Lower hem finished with 3 thread rolled stitch.
