This is Galatea by Passione Ricamo. I love, love, love her. She is stitched on Stormy Seas by Polstitches (a fantastic fabric!) and framed by Jill Rensel. I think this is one of my favorite pieces EVER. I asked Jill to go all out on the framing...it's hard to tell in this picture but the top mat is shimmery and the painted seahorses, gold links, and pearls all have a gorgeous gleam to them.
