Album Info:

Jacqui made this lovely and touching quilt for her mother-in-law to enjoy during her recuperation from a stroke in September. The children, grandchildren, and great-granchildren wrote their names and a Bible verse or a greeting in the squares. This grandmother was known to the family's children as Grandma Sheep for the sheep she kept on her farm. Jacqui used her 1951 Singer Centennial 15-88 treadle to make thios quilt inspired by a design by Katy Sweigart in Quilt Magazine. The Singer 15-88 was made in Canada.
