Album Info:
Most state laws now require that real estate agents are high school graduates (at least a GED). In recent years, various surveys have suggested that the average agent now has close to 2 years of college education. Currently, about 60% of all agents are part-time and our turnover is about 85% every 5 years. |||| Because of the growing complexities of real estate, it is important that you determine the educational background and credentials of the person whom you will be selecting to represent your interests. It is just good business. Real estate has gone far beyond driving someone around in a car to look at properties. Anybody can do that. |||| The following sections will explain the real estate certifications and designations I have earned ON TOP of the usual classes (only 30 clock hours every 2 years) required of any real estate agent to maintain their Washington State license. The course work sited here is easily equivalent to both a college undergraduate and graduate degree specific to JUST real estate -- above and beyond the usual college and graduate school education. |||| If, like me, you would prefer to review a Linkedin version of a persons work life cycle, go to > http://www.linkedin.com/in/brucewmckinno n |||| If you would prefer a full CURRICULUM VITAE of my 34 years in health care, go to > http://www.scribd.com/full/1838608?acces s_key=key-n1fppgtbq2065fhno4i |||| If you would prefer an education summary with emphasis on and definitions of the meaning of each real estate certifications, go to > http://www.scribd.com/full/8089501?acces s_key=key-nrd79o0jsoo70glc5m7
