After the MS had set up for about an hour, I cut the pieces out with some utility scissors. I assembled and shaped the band and visor, and shaped and curved the top. Once the pieces were cured, I assembled them using more MS to stick. I used a bit of MS to secure a small wire to the band that will fit into a hole drilled into the back of the head.
