Mike Morin White 03/04

Terming a first season Manchester Phoenix jersey as home, or road is a bit of a chore. Originally, the home jersey was white with the road being black only for the two to be reversed around the mid point of the season. I am terming this one as home as I believe it was worn in the first part of the season. A genuine 1st season gamer, from the most genuine player Manchester had. Again, very lucky to have a Mike Morin jersey in the collection. I think anyone who knows me would also know my opinion on these jerseys. Not the worst design I have ever seen but just so cheaply made. Rhino are just terrible - When I heard Rhino were to be making Phoenix's jerseys for the upcoming season I believe I would have honestly given up my first born child for it not to be true. My Manchester Phoenix hold without doubt some of the highest posistions in my collection - to have the full set from the first season makes me very happy - but you will very rarely see me wearing one. My only salvation is to wait and hope the league do another special Play-Offs jersey. Finally, a sewn game weight jersey. Can't wait. Back on topic, Mike Morin is now retired from the game and it will be criminal if one of the first game to grace our new rink is a testomonial game in Mike Morin's honour.
