26 The Heaviness is the root of Lightness The Unmanifested Reality in the Center is the root of Manifested Reality The Heaviness (the infinite Unmanifested Reality in the Center ) is the source of Lightness (of all physical manifestations at the periphery). The Unmoved (the stillness,the silence in the center of the wheel) is the source and the ruler of all (peripheral) movements (noise;agitation) (1)(2) Therefore the wise, though he travels all the day, Is never separated from the source of life [he remains at home in the Center(Tao) without leaving the treasure house of the universe(the baggage-wagon ,the provision-van or his goods)] (3) So even if the scene is glorious to look at, He stays undisturbed in his own home(the Self ), at peace, above it all( unattached to periphery).(4) How can a leader of a great country (with ten thousand chariots) behave lightheartedly and frivolously? (5) The one who acts lightly(in frivolity,trivial;is blown to and fro) lose the touch with his root (center of gravity) and destroys the foundation of his authority and[lightness lose the ministers); . The one who lets himself to be busy of restlessness (agitation,unstable,hasty,strenuous actions),(6) loses touch with who he is (agitation loses the self-mastery and the throne)
