This jersey is from, what is at the moment, London Racers last season. The Racers withdrew from the league due to concerns over the safety of the rink. As to their return? Who knows, but as a Manchester fan I can understand how their fans are feeling. Always had a soft spot for London, mainly as they had two of my favourite players - Hewitt and Thomas - and great fans. Arguably, the only Londoners I've ever met who didn't drive me nuts every time they speak. When London withdrew, Hewitt moved onto Basingstoke Bison. He clearly learnt a great deal from London coach Denis Maxwell (best coach in the league, in my humble opinion), and so pray he returns to Manchester next season.
