Commissioned by the ROTC staff of Wheaton College for outgoing commander, LTC Scott Buhman, the quilt center includes an actual ROTC flag surrounded by letters from the staff and photo-transferred insignia to represent his time at Wheaton. Patriotic-themed prints were used to complete the design. Finished quilt is 56 x 62". Pieced and longarm machine quilted by Caroljoy Spensley, 5/2005.
