skellsbells > albums > Container grown palms
Album Info:
Approaching 2 years old from seed. This one is planted in a 1 gallon container. Growth is relatively quick, and each new leaf appears to be much larger than the previous. Tolerates temps around freezing, and may take down to 30 in a sheltered location, before damage starts to occur. Needs shade as a seedling. Seeds are about as large as a chicken egg.
