You can add any type of embellishment in her hand. I used a purchased musical instrument. For the wings on this one I used that twisted paper but you can also use most anything from lace or ribbon or fabric. I added a gold pipe cleaner for the halo. Everything is glued with a hot glue gun. I add a card that I rolled up inside the cone that reads:
