Directions: Cut a 4.5" - 5" X 12" (depending on cone height) piece of fabric with pinking shears or special rotary cutter blade so it doesn't ravel for the dress or it can be pieced, too. I used a gathering foot to put in a tight gather at the top. I used a 1.5" wooden bead for the head and I painted it but you could also use a purchased small doll head. I added doll hair and used wide bias tape for the arms tied in a knot for the hands.
