OMG...I had that happen when I set my new tank up...I wasn't sure if it was a full blown algae bloom (due to cycling and not much nitrite/nitrate on testing) so I tried Clarity by Seachem. It got rid of about 1/3 and I guess it then cleared up on it's on as it went forward through cycling.
