Album Info:

My broken items, writes Bonnie, were collected by my mother over 15 years ago. I don't always give pieces names but this one begs to be called "The Eye of the storm." Sue writes that she received a whimsical basket from Bonnie, made of natural pine needles sewn with artificial sinew. Wrapped in free floating coils are many broken shells and worm casings. The shape of the basket is reminiscent of a water spout with the free coils representing seaweed with shells caught up in it.
