Sulky variegated metallic thread used throughout: veins in the leaves; windy tendrils in the sky extending into the borders.This quilt is so colorful & really sparkles with the metallic thread. I t made everyone who saw it while I was working on it actually want the leaves to change. I think they forget that snow comes soon after - ugh!!
