Album Info:

The blooms of Fiddlewood (Citharexylum fruticosum) are born on tapering stalks, whose lightly scented flowers open from the base to the tip, drawing butterflies to nectar. The berries that form later are attractive to birds. This attractive small tree is planted in the native coastal hammock area, and also in the mixed hedgerow on the east side of the property.
