This wedding cake was made for a couple who asked for something simple for a candlelight evening wedding. The cake consists of vanilla and chocolate butter cakes torted into four layers each, filled with white chocolate ganache, raspberry fruit reduction and deep chocolate ganache. The cake is iced in vanilla buttercream with a fresh floral topper.
