2. Place a smaller pot into the pot you have prepared with wick, perlite on top of the first ingredients; now put "soil" around the pot to form the pot shape. You can moisten here to make the "hole " hold its shape. Remove the smaller pot and you will have a well formed pocket to plant your strep's root ball.
