  • Thank you for posting this image of the Aloha. When I was five or six years old (early Eighties,) my Mom was a housekeeper there. We lived in the corner room on the second story, far left. Back then, the area behind the motel was desert for almost as far as one could see. I had a great time then. Mom would take me down the street to the Mirage (now Glass Pool in your pics) for swimming. Man, this brings back memories.
