This was my first online block swap. I signed up for two patriotic themed block swaps...one was with Kay Aycock from Cozy Kitten Quilt Shop and the other with Sheri Gauthier. Funny story is when I got done with my blocks and they measured 12.5" I thought I had done them too big. The swap rules said finished size 12" so I cut them all down not thinking of the seam allowance!! So I had to put borders on all of them to get them back to 12.5". The things we learn the hard way. M
