Hybrid tea, Swim and Weeks, 1964. ('Chrysler Imperial' x 'Charles Mallerin'). The translation of 'Oklahoma' is 'Red Man's Land'...a fitting name for this rose. Despite reports that this is a heavily perfumed rose, Oklahoma, as with other Chrysler Imperial offspring, provides little scent for my nose. Healthy, vigorous, beautiful foliage.
