Lotus pond at Mizumoto park in Tokyo. Taken by Cajun Kei at Jun 2002. Three seeds of an old lotus were discovered from the stratum of 2000 years ago at Chiba prefecture Japan by Dr. Ohga in 1951. It succeeded in budding one seed in it by efforts of Dr. Ohga. Then, the seed is distributed and grown in various places.

I love lotus because it is the national flower and more I am a Buddhist. A flower that is undescribable.
