I bought the cowboy boot as ceramic greenware. I carved out the side so that I could put a scene in. After it was fired, I painted the boot with brown acrylic paint. I then cut and glued on suede over the toe area and a strip up the side oposite the opening. I printed both sides of the sign on clear photo sticker paper and stuck them a piece of wood cut to size. I bought the hat at Michaels. The band is a suede strip, a sterling and turquoise earring and some feathers.
