Here are two tablesaw splitters I made, pictured so you can see the measurements. The notch in the bottom fits the mount on my saw. I used the splitter portion of the combination splitter/bladeguard that came on the saw as a template for the lower portion. On the right is for full-kerf blades made from 1/8in. aluminum scrap. On the left is for thin-kerf blades made from a piece of joist hanger ~3/32in. thick.
