Here is how I extended the original baffle and attached it to the new wall. Pop rivets work great, just be sure that your drill does not puncture a coil. When drilling I placed another piece of sheet metal behind the area I was drilling, AFTER I confirmed there should not be any coil where I was drilling. I also located my fan closer to the vents so that it pulls air from the entire compartment instead of just a local area near the cooling fins. Note the switch for the 12V cooling fan.
