Carboniferous Stump pictures from collecting photos on webshots

This broke out of the cliff face at Rainy Cove and was collected on the beach. It is a sandstone cast and very dense, about 8 inches in diameter. Most markings such as bark have eroded away. Probably a Sigillaria tree from around 305 MYA. - B Tate
