The aftermath. We were trapped by the guard rail with no where to go. We did see it coming and stopped but had little time to prepare for the impact. The impact knocked us backwards, as indicated by the angle of our truck and trailer. Notice his truck is not in this scene. His speed and momentum carried his truck and trailer a good thirty feet past the back of our trailer.
