GSE or Bleach should be about one tablespoon per 4 cups of water. If you do not want to use anything during the soak, you can do a "shock treatment". After the sprouts soak over night, rinse and add more water with a tablespoon of bleach. Let is soak for about 3 minutes and rinse really well. The shock treatment will kill pretty much anything. The choice is yours.
