Front view of our first KAP rig. Model # KAP/NS1.2 Total weight 5.29 oz. Not bad for a rig where the cam alone weighs 2.40 oz and the timer weighs 1.21oz. Asymmetrical aluminum strap mount means less material also less weight. The shutter actuating lever is the popsicle stick with "KAP/NS1.2" on it. It is pulled by the thick rubber band once smaller lever is pushed out of place by timer. Camera is held in rig by just the horizontal smaller rubber band.
