Bank Holiday Monday (28th May 2001) saw the RF50 event at Cobham. It was hoped to get 50 variants of the marque present, but in the end 32 attended. Most of the examples of livery and layout were on show and there was the opportunity to ride a few on six different routes with a bus going out every five minutes, with some of the RFs in service fitted with blinds made specially for the day.
