AEC Regent type 0661, originally classified 1/9STL5 by London Transport, is STL 953 seen at Rayners Lane circa 1950 represents the first standard STLs built by AEC Southall and LT Chiswick in 1934/35. Scanned from an abused negative and ‘cleaned’. I confess that the negative was acquired, with many others, from a collection several years ago, so details are a bit scarce. Posted by Cliff Essex.
