Album Info:
The prototype forward entrance Routemaster RMF 1254 was sold to Northern General in 1966. Originally Northern 2145 it was renumbered 3129 in 1975. It is seen on April 5th 1980 at Sunderland Road depot, Gateshead. RMF 1254's AEC AV590 engine was replaced by a Leyland 0.600 to bring it into line with Northern's two batches of "Leyland-Park Royal Routemasters" - the official description, not mine!
