Album Info:
London Transport XMS5 (JLA 55 D). AEC Merlin with Strachan B25D+48 body, one of an experimental batch of one-man operated vehicles introduced into London on new "Red Arrow" route 500 in 1966. They used a turnstile-type of entry system opearted by a 6d (2 1/2p) coin, and were operated from Gillingham Street Garage, Victoria. Victoria Station. 12th May 1967. (c) Peter Relf.
